I had an open ticket regarding a payment since I paid in USD and needed to be collected in EURO, there was an issue due to conversion rate but the team handled it professionally and proceeded to fulfill my order requests. I received my shipments in full, discretely packed and they arrived 10 days before the date they originally said it was supposed to come, and I live in the West Coast of the US and there were some delays on the east coast due to weather but my packages still made it almost 2 weeks in advance.
